Swinford’s Junior team make their third appearance in Division 1E of the Mayo Senior League tonight against Kiltimagh and they will be looking to pick up their first points of the campaign.

After a crushing defeat to Westport in round 1, Swinford produced a much better performance against Davitts last weekend but lost out narrowly in the end.

The team management of Billy McNicholas, Fintan Kenny and Colm O’Hara will be hoping they can bring the spirit shown against Davitts last weekend to the game tonight and if they do a very tight battle with their near neighbours will ensue.

The throw for the game is 7pm this evening (Wed 18th) in Gilmartin Park, Kiltimagh.
