50/50 Draw
This weeks draw for Swinford GAA 50/50 draw was held in Moores on 16th June and Shannon & Niamh Lavin c/o of Nicola Lavin of Castlebawn, Swinford won €726. Envelopes are available in most business premises and online through www.swinfordgaa.ie where tickets can be purchased in bundles of 10/25/52 weeks. Draw Envelopes are also available in all business premises for the next draw in Julians on 23rd June. Draw envelopes are now also available at 3 for €5. Work will commence on the football pitch on Monday 22nd June to improve the playing surface. As a result the pitch will be closed for a few weeks.

Junior Championship Killala v Swinford
We made the trip to Killala  on Saturday evening for round 2 of the junior championship and the gulf between the teams showed as the home team won by 3-12 to 1-5. Scorers: Ryan Convey 1-0, Kevin McDonagh 0-3, Darren Campbell 0-1, Pearse Walsh 0-1. Full report on www.swinfordgaa.ie.
